• Rates are subject to change
• A $200.00 deposit is required at time of booking
• All trips are to be Paid In Full before setting sail - NO Exceptions
• It is at the discretion of Captain Steve to cancel any trip due to foul weather up to time of departure at the dock
• Weather cancellations will be issued as a credit for a future trip
• Any cancellation for any other reason will result in deposit forfeit
• It is customary that the Mate receive a 20% gratuity at the end of a trip for outstanding service (to be paid directly to Mate)
• Trips leaving from Block Island, please add $50.00 surcharge
• White-soled shoes only, please. (E.g., Boat shoes, sneakers with white bottoms)
• Please, no hard liquor
• Any Giant Tuna caught will be property of the vessel Lady K
